Shipping Coverage
We currently ship throughout Malaysia, including West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). International shipping is currently unavailable unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off time are normally processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
West Malaysia: 1–3 business days. East Malaysia: 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Partners
We may use J&T Express, DHL eCommerce, Pos Malaysia, Ninja Van, or other reputable courier services.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated. Free shipping promotions may apply.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided after shipment via email or SMS where applicable.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your parcel upon receipt. If damaged or tampered with, take photographs and notify EZ4U Mobile within 24 hours while retaining all original packaging.

Lost Parcels
If a parcel is officially confirmed lost by the courier, EZ4U Mobile will assist with the investigation and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the provided shipping address.

General Policy
EZ4U Mobile aims to ensure every customer receives products in excellent condition. This policy applies to purchases made through our website and physical store unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted only for eligible products that are reported within the applicable return period and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted for mobile phones, tablets, wearable devices, opened accessories, screen protectors, software, gift cards or hygiene-related products. Unopened eligible accessories may be considered at EZ4U Mobile's discretion.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If a product is found to be defective upon first use, customers should notify EZ4U Mobile within 7 days of receiving the item. The product will be inspected before repair, replacement or refund is determined.

Brand New Devices
Brand new devices covered by the manufacturer's warranty may be repaired, replaced or referred to the authorised service centre in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Pre-owned Devices
Pre-owned devices are sold according to their stated cosmetic condition and functionality. Minor cosmetic wear that has been disclosed is not considered a defect. Warranty coverage follows the warranty stated at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are generally non-returnable unless required by law: opened software, SIM cards, gift cards, customised products, products damaged by misuse, water damage, accidental damage or unauthorised repairs.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will normally be made using the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider or issuing bank.

Inspection Process
All returned products will undergo inspection. EZ4U Mobile reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet this policy or where defects are caused by customer misuse.

Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error or a confirmed manufacturing defect, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable Malaysian laws.

Warranty Coverage
EZ4U Mobile provides warranty coverage for eligible products according to the warranty stated at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage may differ between brand new devices, pre-owned devices and accessories.

Brand New Devices
Brand new devices generally carry the manufacturer's official warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty claims may be handled through EZ4U Mobile or the authorised service centre depending on the manufacturer.

Pre-owned Devices
Pre-owned devices may include a limited store warranty. The warranty period and coverage will be clearly stated on the sales invoice or warranty card at the time of purchase.

Accessories
Accessories may carry manufacturer or store warranty depending on the product. Consumable items and selected accessories may not be covered unless expressly stated.

What Is Covered
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use during the applicable warranty period.

What Is Not Covered
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, abuse, unauthorised repairs, software modifications, cosmetic wear, battery performance resulting from normal ageing, or damage caused by external factors.

Warranty Claim Process
Customers must present the original proof of purchase. Devices may require inspection before repair, replacement or other appropriate resolution is determined.

Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before submitting any device for warranty service. EZ4U Mobile is not responsible for any loss of data during diagnosis or repair.

Repair or Replacement
Where appropriate, EZ4U Mobile may repair, replace or refer the product to the manufacturer or authorised service centre. Replacement products may be new or refurbished with equivalent functionality.

Turnaround Time
Repair and assessment times vary depending on parts availability, manufacturer requirements and service centre workload.

Consumer Rights
This warranty operates in addition to any rights available under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws and does not limit those rights.

What EZ4U Protect Covers
EZ4U Protect is an optional 12-month plan that can be added when you buy a device from us. It extends cover against manufacturing defects and hardware failure beyond the standard warranty period, and adds cover for accidental damage such as a cracked screen.

Plan Term
Cover begins on the date of purchase and runs for 12 months. The plan applies only to the specific device it was purchased with, as recorded on your invoice.

Accidental Damage Claims
The plan covers one accidental damage claim per 12-month term. An excess of RM99 is payable by you on that claim and is due when you collect the repaired device. Once the claim has been used, the accidental damage portion of the plan is exhausted, although cover against manufacturing defects continues to the end of the term. No excess applies to manufacturing defect claims — those are repaired at no cost to you.

How to Claim
Bring the device to our store together with the original invoice. All repairs under this plan are carried out by EZ4U Mobile. The device must be assessed before a claim is approved, and we will confirm the outcome with you before any work begins.

What Is Not Covered
The plan does not cover: loss or theft of the device; normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect how the device works; deliberate, reckless or abusive damage; damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake or other external causes; devices that have been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than EZ4U Mobile; faults that already existed before the plan was purchased; devices with an altered, defaced or removed serial number or IMEI; damage caused by third-party parts or accessories; preventative maintenance; and the loss of any data, apps or settings.

Data
Please back up your device before any repair. EZ4U Mobile is not responsible for the loss of data, apps or settings, and this plan does not cover data recovery or the reinstallation of software.

Where the Plan Applies
Cover is valid in Malaysia, and claims must be made in person at our store.

Transfer & Eligibility
The plan is tied to the device and the original purchaser, and cannot be transferred or resold. Devices bought for commercial resale are not eligible.

Relationship to Manufacturer Warranty
EZ4U Protect is a store plan provided by EZ4U Mobile. It is not a manufacturer warranty and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or provided by Apple, Samsung, HONOR or any other brand. Your statutory consumer rights under Malaysian law are not affected.
